MADEinNZ.co.nz only provides a platform to help buyers to reach out to NZ based seller's products. We do not provide any shipping services. We rely on our sellers to arrange for and provide shipping for any orders placed with them.
Generally, all of our sellers process their orders within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Each of our sellers have their own defined shipping rates. Please use our shipping calculator on the cart page to calculate shipping in advance. Alternatively, shipping rates will be calculated automatically at the checkout. Please review your order carefully before making any payments.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
MADEinNZ.co.nz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees (tariffs, taxes, duties etc.) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
MADEinNZ.co.nz will always be there to help. However, we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Item(s) not received
Please reach out to us at [email protected] if you do not receive the ordered product within the shipping time-frame set by seller. We will try and get in touch with the seller to understand the issue.
You may be eligible for a refund if the item doesn’t arrive within the time indicated by the seller (or, if not indicated, a reasonable time). However, if the item is tracked and shows that it was signed for, we’ll consider the item delivered, meaning the seller isn’t responsible.We will process your refund if the seller can't ship the products. Seller will pay the incurred online transaction charges(if any) in such cases.
